Dreamsbay opens new Chicago office
posted May 29, 2004
Go Cubbies!

"Go west, young men," we heard the voice say, and who are we to ignore such things? Dreamsbay has opened its first satellite office in the windy city of Chicago, Illinois, where the women are strong, the men are good looking, and all the children are above average. Or something like that.

Seriously, we've been here a week and we're already impressed by the weather, the attitude and the pizza. (Especially the pizza.) We're now accepting new Chicagoland clients. We've added our new address down there on the left side of each page. Drop us a line to say hello!

This is not to say that we'll be neglecting our Washington, DC clients – or our Boston clients, our Ohio clients, our Martian clients, or anyone else. As always, if you need to schedule a meeting, shoot us an email at info@dreamsbay.com and we'll set something up. We've also installed a shiny new teleconferencing system to accommodate our geekiest most cutting-edge clients around the world. E-mail us and we'll send you instructions on how to say hi face-to-face over this Interweb thing.

Now accepting credit cards
posted May 29, 2004

This is something that's long overdue, but Dreamsbay is now accepting credit cards and online payments through a strategic partnership with PayPal. We'd been considering vendors for this for a while now, but we finally went with PayPal because of its established reputation for being secure and reliable. Also, PayPal recently revised its system to allow clients to make payments without requiring a PayPal account, so the removal of that barrier made this a no-brainer.

At the moment, we're accepting payments through our site for our Dreamsbay.net Hosting Services and our Special Service Packages; since our consulting services are billed hourly, all Dreamsbay invoices from here on out will be e-mailed to clients as PDFs with accompanying PayPal requests for payment.

To make a payment using a credit card through our site, please visit our Make a Payment page.

We invite all clients to send us feedback on this system. Is this working for you? Is there a different system you'd rather see us use? As always, e-mail us at info@dreamsbay.com and let us know!
